What to wear/bring

Wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise
You should wear comfortable clothes and trainers suitable for exercise.

    Your clothes:

  • shouldn’t restrict your movement
  • should stretch as you move
    Your shoes:

  • should be supportive and cushioned shoes such as dance-specific trainers
  • should allow you feet to twist on the floor
    Hot, hot, hot:

  • Zumba® is great exercise and great fun but you will get hot and sweaty so it’s advisable to bring water to drink during and after the class
